By accessing or using CarePlanHQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

CarePlanHQ is an AI-powered nursing care plan generator that uses patient assessment data to produce structured care plans based on NANDA-I taxonomy. It is intended as an educational and decision-support tool only.

3. Clinical Disclaimer

CarePlanHQ does not provide medical advice. The care plans generated are not a substitute for professional clinical judgment, institutional protocols, or the assessment of a licensed healthcare provider. Users must review and validate all generated care plans before any clinical implementation. CarePlanHQ assumes no liability for clinical decisions made based on generated care plans.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the assessment
  • You must review and validate all generated care plans before clinical use
  • You must comply with your institution's privacy policies when entering patient information
  • You must not use CarePlanHQ for emergency medical decisions

5. Subscription Plans

Paid subscription plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Intellectual Property

Care plans generated using CarePlanHQ belong to you. NANDA-I is a registered trademark of NANDA International, Inc. CarePlanHQ is not affiliated with NANDA International or the University of Iowa.

7. Limitation of Liability

CarePlanHQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
